Installation:
Copy the .csa and .fxt files to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/

Warning:
You must have the CLEO library for Android.

Controls:

- Touch zones 7 and 3 to activate the neon spawner
- Touch zone 1 to disable the neon spawner
- Touch zone 5 to choose the neon color.
