O:Because there are three files, one GTA:SA ULTRA (link).apk with the handling.cfg file cut out and in the .apk the pixels are removed and CLEO is built in, the second is the same only Low without the pixels removed (for weak devices) and the third is CLEO Gold for work mod, if you do not cut handling.cfg, the mod will not work;
