This hack mod will give you the ability to spawn any vehicle and dress up your character.
You can see all the details in the video below.
How to install:
Put the file inandroid/obb/com.rockstargames.gtalcs
Then connect your USB or wireless gamepad to your device. This mod only works with Android smartphones.
When you are in the game, just click "Start a new game".
To spawn cars, press L1 + left or right.
To change clothes, simply press R1 + triangle + left or right.
