Better Wanted Level System Police Spawning 2.2.2

This is a modification of the dispatch.meta file, which is responsible for the number and type of police units that appear during the chase.

Now has a 20% chance of a female cop spawning. Also added police on boats and Buzzard helicopters at the location of Fort Zancudo. The army is not added as it is unrealistic.

1 star:
4 LSPD cops (33% Stainer, 33% Buffalo) / LSSD (66% Stainer, 33% Granger) - 2 cars.

2 stars:
6 LSPD cops ( 33% Stanier, 33% Buffalo, 33% Interceptor)/ LSSD (66% Stanier, 33% Granger)) - 3 cars

3 stars:
8 LSPD cops (33% Stanier, 33% Buffalo, 33% Interceptor) / LSSD (66% Stanier, 33% Granger) - 4 cars.
1 LSPD Helicopter
Barriers - LSPD 33% Stanier, 33% Buffalo, 33% Interceptor / LSSD Stanier OR Police Transported / LSSD Granger

4 stars:

The FBI has a 33% higher spawn chance than the cops

Install with OpenIV in update.rpf/common/data. (There is a backup file in the archive just in case). Also, if an update is installed, then the mod needs to be reinstalled.
