Add-On Car Spawner Menu [.NET] 2.0.1

The script adds to GTA 5 a convenient menu for spawning and saving cars added by the Add-On method.

Requirements:
- Latest version of ScriptHookV;
- Latest version of Community Script Hook V .NET;
- Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x64;
