1) Use Open IV [ http://openiv.com/ ]
2) Backup your original file [GTAV/update/update.rpf/common/visualsettings.dat]
3) Edit Mode
4) Remplace download file[visualsettings.dat]
5) Rebuild
6) Let's Play!
