This mod expands the visuals of the game, making them more spectacular and beautiful.

Increases scratches, cracks, dust, dirt, splashes, etc.

Installation:

1. Open OpenIV
2. Follow GTA V /update/update.rpf/common/data/effects
3. Replace decals.dat
