The French site has released an .exe file that allows you to enable or disable snow in the settings for GTA Online.
Here's how it works 1. Download GTA 5 2. Go to GTA Online 3. Alt + Tab and run the .exe as administrator 4. Press 1 to make it snow, go back to gta (Alt + Tab) 1 turns snow on and 0 turns it off
