Copy and paste the custom_maps folder into: mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
Open OpenIV, navigate to: mods > update > update.rpf > common > data Find the dlclist.xml file, open it, and add the line: dlcpacks:/custom_maps/
Save the changes and close OpenIV.
