Built house at the pier

This mod adds a fully furnished house by the pier with a unique exterior design and a well-thought-out interior. This place will now feel more realistic and cozy.

Requirements:
Before installation, make sure you have the following installed:

• ScriptHookV
• ScriptHookV.NET
• OpenIV
• Menyoo
• Panda Craft Mods
• DNX Generic Add-On Props
• Map Builder 1.0

Installation:

1. Copy the folder marina house to:
   mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
2. Open OpenIV and navigate to:
   mods > update.rpf > common > data
3. Open the file dlclist.xml and add the following line at the end:
   dlcpacks:/marina house/
4. Save the changes and close OpenIV.

Now the new house will appear in the game. Enjoy your game!
