Installation:
Copy the GLX12 folder to: X:Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks;
Using OpenIV, go to: X:Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml, right click, select "edit" and add a new line: dlcpacks:/GLX12/
