Hey, these are my first ENB settings for GTA 5.
Comment and rate fairly :)

You will get an improvement when you install my ENB:

• Realistic rain reflections;
• New post processing;
• Realistic bloom;
• Realistic water and shores;
• Realistic sky.

Installation:

• Copy all files to your GTA V directory.

• RX 580
• 16 GB RAM
• Game on SSD
