- Fixed a bug due to which the car was running silently and without siren sounds;
- Added custom sound panels for cars with police sirens.

- The vehicle is now not ELS compatible without ELS;
- Added custom car sounds from: Aquaphobic;
- Added custom siren sounds (NFS HP);
- Fixed wire mesh causing it to freeze for some reason.
