Random Start V2.8

A useful script that diversifies your game.

Functions:

• Random location of the game at launch;
• Pedestrian saving, including face blending and overlay data for pedestrians;
• Settings are made through the menu system (the default binding is the "L" key);
• Permanent death .. with a funeral;
• Prison terms. (Still may need some improvement);
• Learn ped. (become any nearby pedestrian);
• Reincarnation.

• Updated lists of tattoos;
• Updated list of weapons;
• updated vehicle lists.
