Before loading this map into your game, make sure you check "Snow on the ground" in the "Weather options" in Menyoo. Or you can install any snow mod you want. I recommend you use "light snow" or "Christmas" weather.
This island is inspired by Alaska, Svalbard, Greenland and many other polar places in the world. I tried to create the mood of a polar village. You can find wild places, dock, school, police station/hospital, oil industry, airport, etc. You can get there by boat, plane or helicopter by following the checkpoint.
