Installation:
Open OpenIV, switch to edit mode.
Go to: GTAV\update\update.rpf\common\data\

Find the file "dlclist.xml" and export it to your desktop, open dlclist.xml
notepad and paste this line:

dlcpacks:\prime\

Close and save, then move it to where the file was.

Next go to: GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks,
create a folder called "prime" there, open it and drag the file "dlc.rpf" into it

Spawn a tractor in the game using the trainer by name: "prime"
