2. Copy the "ice3m" folder to \Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
3. Also in OpenIV, open the dlclist \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
and insert a new line
dlcpacks:\ice3m\
3.trains.xml and traintracks.xml: ------------------> \common.rpf\data\levels\gta5
