It is highly recommended to use the mods folder and a modified gameconfig;
Using OpenIV, go to the path: Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks - and create a folder called "nb" - and copy "dlc.rpf" from this archive into this folder;
Go to the path: Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata - and extract the file "dlclist.xml" to a convenient place for you - add the line to it: dlcpacks:nb Save the changes and copy back;
To spawn models, it is recommended to use Menyoo PC, Enhanced Native Trainer and Add-On Peds.
