This mod replaces the icons and wallpapers of Franklin's mobile phone with real Android 2.3
Installing 1. Extract the files and open OpenIV 2. (Icons) Go to Update>update.rpf>x64>patch>data>cdimages>scaleform_generic.rpf 3. Drag cellphone_badger.ytd, cellphone_badger.gfx 4. (Wallpaper) Go to x64b>data>cdimage>scaleform_generic.rpf 5. Drag phone_wallpaper_greenglow.ytd. 6. Go to phone settings > background and select "Green Glow"
