Now the main character of GTA III, Claude Speed lives in Los Santos Hills, he is the boss. Claude has a lot of health, he cannot be headshot, he is guarded by a lot of mercenaries and he carries a minigun. A yellow marker has been added to the map. If all NPCs are dead, press J to respawn each one.
