Biblical Storm Adventure - this mod allows you to change the size of the waves, makes the silence brighter and louder, and also improves their lighting effects.
HOW TO INSTALL: You need the OpenIV program. Go to Edit mode Select common.rpf/data/effects Replace vfxlightningsettings.xml with common.rpf/data/levels/gta5 Replace weather.xml If you want to install additional effects from the "v2 - Storm v2 Add-On Content (OPTIONAL)" folder, then choose what you need and replace also using OpenIV.
