Cerberus Stormtrooper - highly trained fighters used by the Cerberus to conduct security operations and guard objects. The Stormtrooper skin is not a ped, it's an outfit for Niko. The attack aircraft is of high quality, although it has some minor bugs (because the skin is still under development and this is a BETA version.)
