Using this mod you can fly like a meteor all over Liberty City. CONTROL F + T ---> turn into a flying Meteor W ---> Increase speed S ---> Reduce speed Q ---> Stop Use the mouse for direction. F + T ---> turn back into Niko / Johnny / Luis depending on your episode.
