RainStorm (DmC style) for GTA 4 - allows you to kill enemies in spectacular twist. Select a pistol or uzi and press the middle mouse button. Net Scripthook must be installed for the mod to work.
SETUP:
Open OpenIV, click on "Package Installer" and select the oiv file from the archive.
