This is a new parachute script for GTA IV and TLaD (also TBoGT). Basically, the script adds the ability to control free fall and have a parachute, almost like in TBoGT. The speeds are slightly different, as are the animations and sounds, but the result is very similar. A nice feature of this mod is the ability to use weapons while you are parachuting. When flying in a helicopter, you will automatically get a parachute, just like in GTA V. On the map, you will find some markers with the text "Pb" where you can go to perform a parachute jump.
