This mod is designed for those who experience lag in GTA IV even on the lowest game settings.
1) The mod does not replace any internal game files.
2) The mod is based on hidden command files (Comandline.txt, visualxIV.ini)
3) The mod is easy to install
INSTALLATION:
Place the file "VLF 1.7 (for GTA IV & GTA EFLC).exe" in the same directory as GTAIV.exe (the root game folder), then run this file, wait a few seconds until the file "Comandline.txt" appears in the root folder, after that close the program and confidently enter the game.
P.S. The mod was tested on a computer with the following system requirements:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80Ghz (Single-core)
RAM 767 MB
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 (256 MB)

(if you ever want to uninstall the mod, you just need to delete the file "Comandline.txt" after which the file "visualxIV.ini" will automatically clear itself, restoring the original game settings)

Данный мод предназначен тем у кого GTA IV лагает даже на самых низких настройках игры.
1) Мод не заменяет ни какие внутренние файлы игры.
2) Мод основан на скрытых командных файлах (Comandline.txt , visualxIV.ini)

УСТАНОВКА:
Файл \"VLF 1.7 (for GTA IV & GTA EFLC).exe\" нужно поместить туда же где лежит GTAIV.exe (В корневую папку игры), затем запустить этот файл, подождать несколько секунд пока в корневой папке не появиться файл \"Comandline.txt\" после этого закрываем программу и смело заходим в игру.
P.S. Мод тестировался на компьютере со следующими системными требованиями:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80Ghz (Одно ядерный)
ОЗУ 767 Мб
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 (256 Мб)

(если вы вдруг захотите удалить мод то для этого вам потребуется просто удалить файл \"Comandline.txt\" после его удаления файл \"visualxIV.ini\" автоматически отчиститься что приведёт к восстановлению оригинальных настроек игры)
