New object - Drag track like in NFS shift 2.

Installation:
1. Copy the pc folder from the archive to the game folder.

2. Open gta.dat file and add lines:
IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/EURODRAG/EURODRAG.IDE
IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EURODRAG/EURODRAG.IPL

3. Open images.txt and paste there: platformimg:/data/maps/eurodrag/eurodrag 0
