SETUP:
1. Copy the PC archive folder to the GTA 4 installation folder.
2. Add the following lines to the common/data/gta.dat file:

IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/HAZYVIEW/HAZYVIEW.IDE
IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/HAZYVIEW/HAZYVIEW.IPL

3. To the file common/data/images.txt:

platformimg:/data/maps/hazyview/hazyview 0
