ENB settings from Vucko v5.0

ENB only works on patches 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.7.0, I don't know about other versions.

It is well designed and you can look at the screenshots, the shadows and the texture looks good, everything looks real, the sky looks good too.

Instruction:
-Place the files in the GTA 4 folder and if necessary, replace
