Blur Port Drift

Now there is room for real drifting in the port.

Installation:

1. Place the "blurp" folder in /pc/data/maps/
2. Open "gta.dat" in common/data/ and add the following:
   IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/BLURP/BLURP.IDE
   IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/BLURP/BLURP.IPL
3. Open "images.txt" in common/data/ and add the following:
   platformimg:/data/maps/blurp/blurp 0
