ONLY for GTAIV 1.0.7.0 and 1.1.2.0 EFLC, not tested on old patches, but maybe it works too.

Installation:
- Copy/paste all files to the root folder.

- Set screen resolution in iceconfig.ini (1920x1080 by default)

- close MSI afterburner, EVGA precision, or similar.
