You probably know mod for San Andreas Car Tuning Anywhere. So, this is the same mod, only FOR GTA IV! The mod allows you to tune any car anywhere without leaving it! You can change the body color, change bumpers, add / remove neon lights, spoilers, wheels, tinting, etc. Very good mod.
