VisualIV is a graphics mod for Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes From Liberty City, for medium and weak PCs. Allows you to add some color to the dull Liberty City.

List of changes in the new version:

-Drizzle weather made from scratch

-Near the horizon, the sky is darker

-Blood got darker

-Miscellaneous fixes

Personally from me, it seems to me that the problem was fixed there when the blood passed through the textures of the Peds!

Лично от меня , мне кажется там исправлена проблема когда кровь проходила сквозь текстуры Педов!
