In the root of the game you will have a folder with the FXAA Utility, which you can apply not only to GTA 4 but also to other games. It is enough to place the files from the FXAA Post Process Injection Tool folder into any root directory of the game where the .exe launch file is located. You can manage the parameters using the FXAA_Tool.exe utility that you copied to the root of the game. The utility will give your games a more accurate level of realism.
It was decided that the final version of the patch will not change traffic. You can do this yourself.
If you use ENB instead of FXAA_Tool in the patch, then performance will drop and FXAA will simply be removed. Since they use the same d3d9.dll.
