iCEnhancer 1.2 modified by Zaners

I was always disappointed when I installed iCEnhancer. In the end I decided to customize my own.
In order to enjoy this thing you need:
1)Clean game with patch 1.0.4.0
2)Good computer
3) Straight arms.
