"New graphics v4". I found out that too bright graphics do not like some people, and decided to remove it, now everything is fine, does not require a powerful processor, especially for medium processors. Tested on patch 1.0.7.0, but this patch is optional for some GTA 4 games.
If someone did not like the mod because of the dim graphics, please do not insert cons, this mod is especially for those who did not like the brightness.
Installation: move everything from the MOD folder (which is in the archive) to the GTA 4 directory.
