Vehicle Modder IV - a program for GTA 4, with which it is possible to replace vehicles, built as a database for vehicles and user profiles. It can automatically replace vehicles - *.wtd, *.wtf in vehicles.img, change parameters vehicles.ide, handling.cfg, carcols.dat, change car name in *.gxt.
