Installation: 1. Move Timecyc.dat along the path — C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/data 2. Carcols.dat and vehicles.ide are in C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/common/data 3. Everything else is at the root of the game - C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
