The modification adds a parachute to GTA 4!

Z - enable / disable the mod.
Spacebar - expand/collapse the parachute.
F5/F6 - less / more power in the parachute.
W / A / S / D - control.
F7 - enter / exit skydiving mode.
F10 - Show/hide Pickup Blips on map.
