Quality Chevrolet Caprice Police '1991 for GTA 4.

Changes in version V2.0:
The weight of the model is reduced by almost 1.2mb without loss of quality.
The door pillars are painted black.
Fixed a bug that did not allow replacing textures.
Other minor fixes.
