First of all Thanks to Revolution Team who provide us The Real Definitive Edition of GTA Vice City. This small Patch Fixes some aircraft issues and adds new missing Helicopters
The patch includes:
Hunter with Shoot both canons and bullets;
Sea Sparrow;
Skimmer Plane ScriptHookDotnet is Recommended.

Installation:
Drag and drop all the stuff from the "Game Dir" folder to GTA VC Next Gen Directory
Select your desired sco
Use SparkIV or OpenIV to Drag all scos and drop it into common/data/cdimages/scripts.img
Use SparkIV or OpenIV to Drag and drop all wft and wtd into pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img
Use SparkIV or OpenIV to Drag and drop e2_rocket wft and wtd into pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img
