Liberty City Upscale Textures Road is a modification that replaces the original road textures with higher—resolution versions that have been improved through Topaz Gigapixel artificial intelligence. I warn you, the mod only works in the disk version, old Steam versions and the Complete Edition (textures disappear in episodes). The mod is still at an early stage of development, so there may be bugs and many textures have not yet been replaced.
