Corrected transport for GTA 4
Corrections of 4 standard cars; Marbella, Minivan, Cabbie, Stratum.
Marbella: Rear iron door frames on a level 2 detail boat had the property of glowing white when the car's headlights were on;
Minivan: Fixed wheel nameplates;
Cabbie: Fixed wheel nameplates;
Stratum: Fixed wheel nameplates.
Screenshots of standard cars were taken from GTA Fandom, because I did not make backups of standard cars.

Marbella: Задние железные рамки дверей на лоде детализации уровня 2 имели свойство светится белым, когда фары авто горели;
Minivan: Исправлены шильдики колёс;
Cabbie: Исправлены шильдики колёс;
Stratum: Исправлены шильдики колёc.
