Whatever moral decision (execute / pardon) Niko makes regarding Darko Brevic - it (moral decision) will not affect the almost completed storyline (and even the final game). Only the dialogue at the end of this mission (That Special Someone) will change: Niko with Roman and Niko with Bernie.
