This mod changes the illumination of the Rotterdam Tower in GTA 4 to beta colors.
It looks very nice and does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.
!Before installing, make a copy of the original manhat09.img.
Installation:
Using OpenIV, replace the files from the archive in
"root folder/pc/data/maps/manhat/manhat09.img".
