View from salon v2.0

View from the cabin in GTA 4. When landing in any vehicle, the view camera from the hood is replaced by a view from the cabin.

Fixes:

• If you crash into something, for a moment the screen will obscure part of Niko's head
• Added view from motorcycles
• Improved camera view.
