This version of Winter Liberty will most likely be the final one. I have no desire, no motivation, no reason to continue making this mod. But before finishing, I would like to release everything that is already ready. You can also see the Snow Broker on the screen, but this is only its snowy part. It is not completely ready, so Broker is not included in the mod. Also cdimages.img (roads) is not fully completed, so put it to your taste. This mod includes snow-covered traffic lights, signs, car tracks, snow instead of rain and other developments. The screenshots speak for themselves.
Winter Liberty V2 (latest version of the mod) is not included in the archive.
