Some fans following gta3 from its release, they remember such a modification as Staunton Plaza by someone RESpawn . At the time of release, this modification was consideredone of the best(along with the Statue of Liberty from the well-known developer Odie ), however, by today's standards, the modification does not look the best, to put it mildly.
We built, built and finally built!
Deciding to be nostalgic, I downloaded this mod about a week ago. Having installed it, I immediately noticed the low quality textures, the lack of a prelight, and the incompleteness of the second stage of "construction".
In fact, most of the models were redone by me . Textures changed to high quality , and also provided with mip-map levels . Added prelight . Completed the second part of the "construction" . Models adapted to from DimZet13 (comes with). Due to the amount of effort I put in, I decided to rename the complex to Alligator Plaza .
The modification is part of a larger project - GTA3: K ostygov E edition.
