Beginning of 2002. After the death of Don Salvatore Leone, Toni Cipriani assumed leadership of the family, as tradition dictates that the new don is chosen from the capo. And Tony was the most experienced of them all. But things were soon to change, because Joey Leone would become the new Don, carrying out Salvatore's last wishes. But there are two conditions. 1 - Joey should start a family. So he married Misty. 2 - Joey must make a big deal that will bring profit to the mafia family.
Then Tony decides to betray Joey, sending him to certain death. But Joey survives. Now he's on the run, can't return home, can't trust anyone. There's only one thing on my mind. Revenge...
