Liberty City now has a lot more space, nooks and crannies, restaurants, shops and even a forest park. At the moment (0.2 .2v) almost the whole of Portland has been redone. Now there are really a huge number of potholes in the game, which contributes to accidents, moving at high speeds or even vehicle overturns. In poor areas, a huge amount of painted walls - graffiti, nooks and crannies, alleys and shops.
There are new gas stations where gas stations can explode; textures, vegetation, trees, small objects are improved not only in resolution and quality, but also in polygons; a huge number of objects have been added: garbage cans, telephone booths, garages, pits, fences, signs, etc.
Added new pedestrians.
Rain became more frequent, and fog almost every night. More modes of transport (trucks, vans, buses) travel throughout the city (not districts).
